But none of them really worked – I did lose some weight when I was on a weight loss program. But right after, the weight came back – with more!

I felt terrible about my looking. Worse, I was tired all the time and got sick so easily.

You’re here because you are obviously looking for a system or way to lose fat or a way to lose weight fast! I am here to give you what I know and learned through trial and error (and money). I did find a solution though! =)

I have to be honest and say that finding an easy way to ose weight fast wasn’t so easy! I searched everywhere. Sure there was a ton of info, programs, diets and pills out there (as I am sure you know) But some were just too much money. Some where rehashed programs and I am really not into the whole ‘pill thing.’

Answer these for yourselves:

There are plenty of studies showing it’s antioxidant properties but so are a lot of other berries and fruits that are high in antioxidants.
